“I know that Nevisians can be managers in any capacity at the Four Seasons Resort if they are trained properly, and this is what must be done, so that locals can be managers,” said the Premier.

During the graduation ceremony, the resorts General Manager, Mr. Andrew Humphries, told the graduates that it was very necessary to become prepared to take on the task of manager.

The (10) ten-week training program which commenced from August- October 2012 was made up of 10 modules and encompassed the topics- the Four Seasons Leader, Key Communication Skills; Coaching and Feedback; Conflict Management; Problem Solving;Change Management and Delivering Confident Messages.
